Appaling service and no response of refund due

Appalling service from Hirsch's, after 3 weeks i had to enquire on the delivery of my purchase, when it was eventually delivered the oven was not delivered. There was no reason for this from the branch, and after insisting and fighting to have it delivered it arrived the next day. Part of the show special was a no delivery charge, we where however charged, and asked for the refund, and now 3 weeks later we are still waiting. Enquiring continuously - Caroline said she is waiting for her managers approval. There is no after sales service or customer care whatsoever from this branch, After emailing the branch manager Evert - no response regarding the refund has been received to date. Calling again today the 9th speaking to Trishen, finally proof of the refund taking place was sent. Still disgruntled and appalled at the service.
