I could not decide on the nature of the complaint

I am so disappointed that such a reputable company could let a customer down like this after all of their advertising guaranteeing that customer is king. I was informed by a salesperson at the Hirsch's Milnerton branch that my Defy fridge would be delivered to me on Saturday, 2 February between 9-11am and that I would be the first person that they delivered to that morning.

The fridge finally arrived at 12:15 and upon receiving it, the delivery men told me that they had been delivering to other people before me. Not only did they keep me waiting for an extra hour and fifteen minutes causing me to be late for a meeting but they to me as well.

I received no communication whatsoever and I had to phone repeatedly to find out what was happening even after the manager guaranteed that he would phone me back as soon as they had located their truck which they never did. The saleslady then began passing the buck, blaming everyone for the mishap and trying to convince me that it had never happened before.

As a customer loyal to companies who serve me well, I plan to never use Hirsch's again. I could not decide on the nature of the complaint as I simply had too many options to choose.
