You just cant seem to get it right!!!

I have an account with the JDG, They run debit orders on my account. After several months they debited my wrong banking details. Their debt collectors phoned me and threatened to sew me. I then Quickly pointed out to them that they were in the wrong and debited the wrong account. The JDG then agreed to remove the interest from my account and adjust my payment. I have requested a copy of the recording several times to no avail.

The JDG then phoned me a couple of months later and said my account is over due, I then instructed them to go into my profile, listen to previous recordings. They later phoned me back and said they apologize my account is up to date.

Then a couple of weeks ago, I get an SMS from them instructing me to phone then on a number in the SMS to sort out my account threatening to blacklist me. I phoned the number and got "The number you have dialed does not exist" I went on to their website to get customer cares number, and i phoned them. I went through a number of options to get to accounts and their phone system disconnected the call. I then tried again, to the same effect.

They cant even get their contact details on their letter heads right???
