Really bad service and bad attitude

We have seen a sticker placed on each of the tillpoints stating that the cashiers are supposed to greet you and smile etc.

Well in Game Secunda I really see no reason why you wasted time printing these stickers!
None of the workers, cashiers or supervisors or managers smiles and greets you and no one offers to help you at all.

We bought stuff there yesterday and I think the cashier whispered hallo but I am not sure, she however did whisper "would you like a bag".
Seeing as she was only ONE of TWO cashiers at the tills I had no other choice than to go to her!

Leaving the store we asked for the manager's name and all we could make out was Adriaan I have no idea what his surname is???

This is really sad for business!
