Altech Netstar
No account but you need to Pay!

On the 30th of November my car was. I immediately phoned altech Netstar. unfortunatelly after giveing them my registration number as requested, they informed me that their is no such account and they can't track my car.

Few months later I started receiving letters of cancelation fees and money that I need to pay them.

I did reply and explained that I do not feel that I need to pay this as they did not provide the service I requested.

They could not track my car or even tried... After receiving another mail I noticed that my registration number on the documents was wrong. We went through my documents and everything indicated that we did provide them with the correct details.

According to them although the registration number was wrong they could have tracked their car, but the lady who answered that day did not try and just simply said no such account.

I asked them to go to their recordings as they surely must record all incoming calls?? Now suddenly their is no such recording on that day...

No they want to take my account to legal for R160 but what about the lost I suffered losing my paid up vehicle and need to purchase a new car?

i am NOT happy. NO TO NETSTAR
