I tried phoning the number underneath now a couple of times, once I had to wait 30 minutes and decided to hang up. I phoned again wear I was instructed someone will phone me back and was given a number phone to follow up, I phoned the number and was said I have reached the wrong department and they will get someone at debt loan counselling to phone me back. I am still waiting over 24 hours later.
Then again this weekend on the 1st of March I phoned for where I by mistake transferred money to a fluid account of mine and the account was on hold and could not get the money back after being transferred 4 times without help and was requested I go to the branch where I went to branch had to wait over an hour and they took another hour to resolve my problem.
I just want to state that I am a platinum card holder as I understand I am supposed to get better service. I am also a Honnors Graduate where other bank that I will not name will give me better benefits.
Your service is a total disgrace, my experience with FNB is getting worst and worst.
You phone and sell me products I don't need and give the wrong information like a debt protection on my account where it was mention
