I purchased a vehicle from burchmores (Mazda 3 1.6 original) insured it as the description provided by burchmores (mazda 3 original). Unfortunately I met with an accident and the car was a write off, the insurance company assessed the vehicle and found the vehicle to be a Mazda 3 standard and only paid out the value of a Mazda 3 standard. I communicated this to Mr seonundan (regional sales manager) and he advised me to sign the release documents and I will be paid out the excess amount of R12 486.00 respectively. It has been over 4 months since the accident and over 1month for Shaun to get back to me with a definate answer or any sort of feedback despite my numerous calls to him on a daily basis. The only answer he has to me, is that he has raised the issue with his bosses. I have not recieved a call or mail or any contact from burchmores, sales manager or director, for me to believe what Shaun says. It does not take 35 days to sort 1 querry out. If that is the case, send the management team for training to understand the nature of complaints recieved and how to handle them as quick as posible. I am still payng for the mistake that burchmores made.
