On the 25th July I purchased a second hand vehicle (KIA Serento 2.5 2009) from Mazda Fury in Fourway. The sole purpose of buying this vehicle was to tow my Gypsy Rapier Caravan. After purchasing the vehicle I booked and fully paid for a caravanning holiday. Below I will describe the issues I have had since the purchase of said vehicle.
1. In August, I was involved in an accident in which a vehicle crashed into me. It took around 5 weeks for the vehicle to be repaired due to a parts strike. There was only body damage to the vehicle.
2. On the 6th of August I had to phone ABSA and find out why they had not debited my bank account. I discovered that the bank was trying to debit my bond account for the monthly payments. I had to phone 5 different people and despite the fact that this was not an error I had made, I still am inconvenience with having to sort this problem out.
3. I took my vehicle for a service at KIA Fourways on the 21th November 2013. Mazda Fury could only give me the name of the Equestria, the service contract that I purchased from them. When KIA tried to find out what type of plan it was, and to do the service, Equestria was not aware that I had a plan with th
