Burchmores
No feedback and bad customer service

I have purchase a car from Burchmores, Woodmead in December 2012- very good service in selling you a car, but have been waiting for number plates, licence disc that is about to expire, have been phoning daily the past week did not get hold of anyone, always leave a message not to get a phone call in return, or if it is not that if i do get hold of somebody they say they will phone me back - but with no returned phone call. Today again tried to phone, the person at reception gave me incorrect cell phone number of the lady that works with the licence disk and number plates, then when i phoned back he picked up and transferred me to the landline number, after i was still busy chatting to him to find out who else will be able to assist, and that number just rang, when i phoned back to burchmores reception just did not bother to pick up the phone. Very disappointed - as it feels they quite quick in getting the sale through, and the deposit but really do lack in customer service and following through. Very unhappy and will most certainly not deal or buy a car from them again.
