Bad service

I Bought my mother a gift, went to the gift wrapping station there was no one there, after waiting 15min i asked the other employees if there is someone who can help me they said the lady there is somewhere on the floor. I went on the floor different departments could not find anyone in most of the departments. After 15min i got someone in the jewelry department she said that the lady in reception should be there now. I went back to the reception counter and there she was i stood there for about 10min and she gave me looks of frustration as she was busy checking a bar code for a other client she told me she is busy she wont be done anytime soon and that there's no one who can gift wrap now. This is not the first time this has happened where there was no staff to help me. This is PATHETIC service i absolutely HATE shopping at Edgers in Promenade! I complained already about this service you guys emailed me saying you will improve but its worst
