THE MOST AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RENDERED!!!

I'm Michelle. I bought an item from the Fresh Produce Department today. When I arrived at work minutes later, I have detected that the item was not as fresh as it usually would be. I thought I would bring this under the attention of the relevant department, on which the store manager, Marwaan Isaacs, took my call and insisted upon assisting me. He gave me a chance to explain what the nature of my complaint was and without hesitation or giving me a chance to elaborate, he offered to replace the item immediately. I was wowed! To top it all off, he offered to have the replacement product HAND-DELIVERED to my workplace. He took my contact details and had the Fresh Produce Manager, Nazier Kinnear call me to get my work address. To me this was going the extra mile. Within minutes, Nazier arrived at my office with not only the replacement product (which was supposed to be my lunch), but with dessert and flowers too! I work in a Customer Services Environment and I have to applaud the excellent customer service which was rendered today. Thank you very much Marwaan and Nazier for proving that SERVICE EXCELLENCE does still exist. To the rest of the staff of PnP CW.. Keep up the excellent work!
