Supurb response to problem raised

I reported a problem with an item of sanitary ware via the CTM website. Within hours I had been contacted by Head Office to ascertain the branch involved and was promised that the branch would be in touch. Within minutes I received a call from Port Shepstone branch - the caller undertook to visit immediately to check out the problem. Arrived on time, agreed that the problem was real and undertook to replace and pay for installation. Personally delivered the replacement item and payment for the work within days. This is Customer Service at it's best!
