Incorrect Account balance reflected on the s/ment

I would like to to express my displessure with the letter that I received from Joshua Doore threatening to institute legal action against me regarding my Account for allegedly overdue payment. I am totally disappointed with with the incorect account Statements that I received for the months of February and March. The March statement shows that i owe R221.36 inspite of the fact that I went to Store in market Street, Polokwane in December 2012 last year and asked the accounts department for the settlement amount which I was told given to be about R771.00 which I paid immeditely, clearing the account.
Now to my suprise i am getting these letters threatening to take legal action against me and resultantly risking to create an adverse credit record.
I went to the Market Street Branch, Polokwane and spoke to the manager who confirmed that my account is paid up and also advised me to disregard the statement.
So I am asking the responsible people to do a proper reconcillation of my account so that this matter can be brought to rest.
I am totally disappointed with this quality of service.
