Very poor after sales service

On the 08/04/2013 i have spended over R4500.00 cash at the branch once i have bough my plasma the security just told me okay you can take it there was no sales person to assist by loading the plasma in the trolley what if i would have dropped it by accident would they have refunded me i dont think so
Russels or Jushua doors sales people are so eager to assist even after the sale that they even carry your goods to your car and even put it in your car not at hi fi corporation i am very dissapointed by the branch i could have gone any were else
