LG60PH6710 PLASMA 3D GLASSES

I have purchased the LG 60 PH6710 Plasma television from Dion wired in July 2013 only to find out that the 3d glasses weren't included. i went back to the store the next day only to be told that the tv does not include glasses and that they needed to be purchased separately so i gladly purchased 4 x LG AG-S250 at R199 per unit which was recommended by the sales person only to go home and find out they don't work. i had to go back to the store to return them and the sales person insisted that they are the correct glasses and should work. she then went along explaining how to "activate" them and get them to work. i then took the advice and returned home to try them once again with upon further research i found out that the only glasses that are compatible are the LG AG-S350 which have to be imported. i was told that they would get me the 4 sets which will take 3 weeks. i have called the store on numerous occasions and have only received excuses up to date and the glasses have still not arrived. i have also tried numerous suppliers who dont have stock of these glasses.
how can a store sell a product and do not carry the accessory which is the highlight of the product they are selling
