Can't provide any assistance

Went to branch first wendsday 18th of September, want assistance on my existing loans, and the guy named Eguene told me he can't help me but will take my number so that the person that can help me can contact me, I've waited since today the 20th and went back to the branch no sales person was at any desk all was empty, so I stood infront Eugene's desk then the Manager think her name is adri I'm not sure I remember her from our school days, I told her that I was here on wendsday and could not been helped and still waiting for someone to assist me, she then asked what she can assist me with then I told her what I want to do and want advice on it also, then she said she does not know how the system works and the sales lady that can help me will only be back on monday, why do they did not told me that before then I've could go to another branch for help? And a manager that does not even know how to assist? I'm not here to fight I just need assistance fast cause the time does not stand still and I need some answers on what will be the best to do and I thought that they would know and help me - I was in a car accident and my car need to be fixed so that I can know if I must go to capitec
