I REQUESTED ARCHIVED STATEMENTS FROM LAST YEAR, OVER A WEEK AGO FOR MY CREDIT CARD. I HAVE PHONED THE CARD DIVISION AT LEAST TWICE AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT IS WITH THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT I CANNOT GET IT FROM MY ONLINE BANKING PROFILE. ON GOING INTO MY ONLINE BANKING PROFILE TO CHECK IF I COULD NOT PULL THEM MYSELF, I FOUND THAT THERE IS SOMEONE ELSE'S CREDIT CARD STATEMENT COMING UP IN MY PROFILE. AFTER THE FIRST CALL I MADE THE LADY I DEALT WITH PROMPLTLY SENT ME A STATEMENT FROM SEPTEMBER 2013, AND NOT SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOV AND DEC 2012 AS REQUESTED! NEVER MIND THAT THE STATMENT IS FOR THE SAME PERSON WHOS ACCOUNT IS SHOWING ON MY ONLINE PROFILE! AND THAT AFTER TELLING HER THAT THAT STATEMENT IS NOT MINE. I HAD TO CALL ONLINE BANKING TO SO CALL RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM, WHICH I HAVE DONE. BUT THE FACT REMAINS I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY STATEMENTS AS I REALLY NEED TO CHECK SOMETHING ON THIS ACCOUNT. ON GOING INTO MY ONLINE BANKING PROFILE YESTERDAY, THERE IS NOW SUDDENLY A "POCKET SAVINGS" ACCOUNT!!! SOMETHING I DID NOT APPLY FOR! WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO JUST GET MY STATEMENTS THAT I REQUESTED. WEBSITE IS DEFINATELY NOT SECURE!!!
