3 to 4 weeks translates to neve

I used the fashion delivery to purchase two items, was told that it would arrive within the next 3 to for weeks, 6 weeks later and I am still without my purchase.
I go to the store and enquire and I'm told to wait further, then asked the lady to check on the system and she simply just said she won't, they'll call me once it arrives.
