Third time Woolworths argues with me about policy

This is the third time that I have been embarrassed by the Woolworths staff and been given attitude for a 'policy issue' with a card which I wrote to Woolworths head-office about just a few months ago. I received an official apology from one the Rondebosch manager (Alex) the last time this happened and a 'gift card'. The same cashier tonight and the manager on duty Patrick refused to let me pay with the card. I am utterly disappointed with the service and will not shop at Woolworths in the future. It's mortifying to hold up the queue, be verbally reprimanded by the staff and I have had enough, specially considering I went through the official system to report and solve the issue.
