Nobody answered the branch call in 7 days

I claimed my phone on the 16th of March 2013 and I was told that I'd get a call within 48 hours to find out whether my claim was approved. I didn't get a call after a week. I went to the shop myself to go check. The claim was processed and I was told that I'll have to wait a couple of weeks till the designated phone was shipped from Cape Town and I'll only pay the claim fee then. I went to the Vaal Mall Foschini where I bought the phone and opened the insurance contract, and there I was informed that the phone is available at the Vaal Mall Foschini and they can redirect the claim so that I can get the phone A.s.a.p from them. As procedure they had to call the Mimosa Mall branch. They didn't answer the phone. We reckoned that they were closed due to the progressive holidays. After the holidays I tried calling them myself 14 times, the Vaal Mall branch tried calling a couple of times and they even tried getting to them via Telkom direct but still no answer. I still don't have a phone and I can't carry on with my life and work which revolves around the BlackBerry.
