DENYING TO PAY-OUT LEGITIMATE CLAIM

I purchased a cell phone and insurance from Foschini. Unfortunately due to no negligence on my part my cell was. Regrettably I diligently pay the amount and hold the perception that if something criminal happened to the phone I would be covered, incorrect! After a week I call Foschini to enquire about the claim (note Foschini does not call you) only to be informed on the 1st occasion that the claim has been rejected for No. 1 reason, I motivate this rejection then representative comes back with the cherry on the top and presents a No. 2 reason! Since Monday morning, I have been TRYING to contact 0861 663 266 in order to communicate my grievance with Foschini, but have had no luck because telephone call once answered only repeats in your ear 'you are a valued customer... high call volumes' no kidding! So I ask desperately that a representative from Foschini cell phone insurance contact me at their earliest convenience so I can communicate my case. I am extremely dissatisfied and it seems there are a lot of other law abiding citizens on Hellopeter.com that find themselves in the same situation.
