Bad customer service

I am much dissapointed with the bad service I got from Jet Mart in Guguletu square from a cashier named Bongie, I was forced to open a thank you card even though I did not want to open it and after I told her I had one already she Insisted that I should have a new one and she was arguing with me and she said if i was not interested I should leave the store because she said she has a lot of customers she does not need any of my money.
