After buying a blackberry cash at carnival mall, and the terms and conditions not being discussed with us, we noticed the phone's camera not working... Well we are back home at the vaal and standing in the shop being helped by a lady Seipei telling us that they will not be able to do an exchange as the phone was not purchased at Vaal Mall and they will not do an exchange as Carnival mall will not credit them back for an exchange. Why should we drive all the way back to Carnival mall if a manager did not even go the terms and conditions thru with us, I personally think its unprofessional and very dangerous way of selling to the public! Shame on you!!!
