Upon paying for my goods, I received an sms saying that the transaction had been processed. The till would not generate a receipt and had made a note that the transaction had failed. This type of thing has happened to me previously and on both occasions at different establishments the companies have shown good faith and asked for my details for in case the transaction reversed. NOT CLICKS! They treated me like a criminal and barricaded the exit point so that I wouldn't leave with the goods. This was completely unnecessary as I had made no attempt to leave the building. In fact once the management team had decided that they no longer wanted to deal with the situation I was left at the till point with no one assisting me for a good 10 minutes (I might add that I still showed good faith and didn't leave) until I had to re-ask for the manager. I eventually repaid for the goods and was told to go to the bank after two days to provide proof in the form of a bank statement so that they could refund the money to me.

The manner in which the situation was dealt with is completely unprofessional. I urge Clicks to please invest in resources to train their staff in how to deal with a client
