I took my fax machine back to hi-fi corporation. It was not even 6 months old and did not work anymore. They send it FOR REPAIRS. A month later i received a sms which stated: Dear valued customer we apologises for the delay of your repair and assure you of our best attention at all times. A sms will follow when ready for collection. This was sent on 25/02/2013 at 10:07. Its is April!!! I need that fax machine. no one can tell me over the phone and i can certainly not drive there all the time!!!
