I brought my mac in for repair.

1. The technician said he replaced the hard drive. I have email evidence demonstrating this and yet when i received my machine back my drive was fully in tact. all data, photo's documents, users etc were all present. Even though the technician stated he could not copy off the old drive as it was too far gone. I challenge that the drive was replaced. I SAY HE

2. The fix instituted lasted 24 hours and the machine returned to shutting down and not starting up. I returned the machine for the second time and pointed out to the person at the repairs counter that the stand had been scratched during the first repair. Ignored, I was just keen to get my IMac repaired.

3. I recieved my machine 10 days later with the explanation that the Logic Card was replaced. HOW CAN I TRUST THIS?

3 So far so good. BUT the stand is bent completely out of shape and the IMac wobbles. Now I will have to return the mac AGAIN for another 10 days??? COME ON
