Phoenix regent estate filled with incompetents

After many complaints about my neighbours at phoenix regent estate 1 in midrand, it seems these people still get away with loud parties and unacceptable behaviour.

To my understanding, it was decided that if one more complaint was lodged then these people have to go... but like all complaints this has fallen on deaf ears. This entire weekend I have had issues with the level of noise from that unit.

On Friday night security came to warn them once and they told security that there is no problem because they are just talking. But the problem is that talking equates to yelling for these people. Security promised to return to try and monitor noise levels which they did not. All the noise came to an end at 4am.

On Saturday they had visitors who could not have conversations inside the flat because the music was so loud.. these guests thought it a good idea to move this conversation outside my window right through the night.

Again, I called security numerous times. Only this time, they did not show up at all.

I have emailed the people from sigma which galencia has chosen to take care of such matters and still no word from them.

I am very upset and wouldn't advice any1 to live here
