Night Manager and staff unproffesional, no refund

We booked into 2 rooms on 5 October and paid upon arrival. Returned from a wedding just before 12 at night to find the staff, including, John, the night manager having a party in the bar area. The noise levels were unbearable, and at 12:40 am we had to phone the front desk to ask for quiet. The noise increased and at 1:20 am we phoned again to complain, after which they moved outside and taunted us, clearly intoxicated..The night manager himself were in his underwear in the pool. The noise started to die down at 2:30 only. Next morning we complained to Gladys, the day manager and asked for half our money back. We played her recordings of the noise and taunts and she reprimanded the staff, but clearly covered for John, the Night manager. When we offered to send her the recordings, she gave us her personal email. We still have not received any of our refund back and also got no feedback. Rooms had ants in the bathroom, no 1's air conditioning unit was broken. The owner clearly needs to be informed of the lack of professionalism of his management and staff, the state if the rooms and we demand a refund.
