ABOUT PROJECTOR BEING USED

I Visited the clearwater store on Saturday, 6th April to purchase a new projector. the one I wanted was not in stock. and the sales person advised that they have 2 LG models i stock. I enquired which model had the specification i wanted. The projector i chose to buy, happened to be the last one in stock, the manager or supervisor insisted that the box was opened only to show the customer the projector, and that it has not been used at all. I know a bit about these devices, and said that's fine, knowing that the lamp life indicator on the projector menu would indicate that it had not been used.

When I arrived home and set the unit up, the lamp life indicator in the projector menu clear indicates that the projector had in fact been used for 1027hours. Thanks Hi-Fi Corruption for lying to me and selling me used goods. I guess all the stories about your company selling fake or damaged goods must be true.
I will be returning the projector to you, with a lawyers letter, as I believe that consumer rights have been ignored and abused by your store.
