Noisy generators at the Data Centre

We live in a quiet suburb but unfortunately MTN have a data centre nearby and when they run their generators, (which is quite often and not only when there are power failures), we can hear them and almost feel the vibrations from the noise. We have tried to contact someone at MTN about this but it is impossible to get beyond a voice recording on a call centre. We have also gone to the centre when the generators are running, but obviously they are not going to switch them off! MTN should install sound dampers to mitigate the noise. Unfortunately no cell phone company has a good track record of caring what their customers or potential customers think so we do not expect any response from MTN.
