We bought R 20 000 worth of items Yesterday 04/04/2013.
Among other things was a 50" LED tv. It was promised to us yesterday afternoon, then again this morning 05/02/2013, then again we could pick it up this afternoon, now after 10's of excuses later it is promised to us tomorrow 06/04/2013.
My extended warranty starts today, for a tv that I do not own yet.

Don't make promises you can not keep!!!

If the tv is not available TODAY I will bring back everything to the value of R 20 000.
I will find another company that WILL supply the items on the spot.
