Poor Service - Making excuses not delivering goods

In 1st week of February 2013 requested quote from Nic Kay for a skin packing machine and a few other items. We paid our deposit on 19 Feb 2013 to start the whole process and on 2 April the balance of the payment was made and the skin packing machine was received on 3 April 2013 together with a few other items. Unfortunately the pneumatic and manual punches were not included and that's when the whole mess started. Today is the 15th July 2013 and still neither of these punches have been delivered. With every call there is some excuse as to why these punches can not be delivered. No call is ever returned, no promise is kept and so it goes on day in and day out. The worst service ever experienced and even worse excuses are presented.
