Wrong Warranty / No Refund

Car serviced, took extended warranty option and paid for it on the 3rd October 2012. Consultant provided the wrong extended warranty option and phoned me a week later requesting I pay additional to get correct warranty option. I decided to cancel and requested a refund. This was on the 10th October 2012. To date I have been phoning every day, with no returned calls. Complained to his manager on 24 Jan 2013, got a call back that afternoon that everything will be sorted. Phoned them again on 29 Jan 2013 and just got a bunch of excuses.
