No feed back and rude

My Samsung dishwasher has stopped working. I phoned Hirsch's (the shop where i purchased the laptop). I called them the next to find out whats happening, she told me she call me back. at 1400 i call back. i asked her whats happening why did not call me . she says shes been busy regional managers in the store. Told her hows that my problem she promised to call me back She then gave a reference number only then after waiting on the line at my costs for 10 mins. Then asked why was not given reference number yesterday. was told, I DON'T care shes busy. Spoke to manager told me will call me back, No call. Get an SMS from Samsung that my complaint registered reference number. then get sms to rate their service no one has call me.
When will some one call me its been four days. I must keep calling.

the service and attitude of the staff really is bad.
why would i want to come and buy there again after service ally bad.
