On the 26th of March 2013 my daughter bought shock absorbers from midas kroonstad. The amount that we paid was over R2000> when my husband wanted to put in the new shockabsorbers, we discover that the box was torn, the shocks was not the same brand, the schocks have been used, because there was scrach marks all over it.
My daughter took it back, the next box was also torn and the set was not all there in the box, there was nuts and bolts missing. So we sent the box back again.
the salesperson told us that he wil order us a new set, and it will be there by tuesday or wednesday the next week.By Friday Stil no word. when I phoned again, the guy said, he found some bolt and nuts, that was when I told him, I want a refund and bought is somewhere else.

With all the petrol and telephone calls, and the poor service, it was a very bad experience. Next time I will bought from autozone, because it seems that Midas is not worth the trouble and the headaches

That people seriously need some training.
