Not our problem

Bought 2 mosquito nets from Midas, stating that they are "fit for all bed sizes" that it is "8.5m by 2.1m". They hardly fit over a single bed. Phoned Midas, spoke to Justin Hendricks and was informed, not their problem, the branches are franchises, go sort it out with them. Told him I want it replaced, sorry, not their problem. Phoned Headoffice Jhb, spoke to Phillip Baker, he sorted it out by confirming that the marketing and labeling is wrong. Do not have bigger, he would, as per my request, arrange for somebody to come pick it up and refund me. Great, but what about my time and money wasted due to wrongfull advertisement - that again is my problem. I made about 8 or more calls to have this sorted out, would not have driven to a Midas store if not for that. At game, they refund you plus give a voucher for your trouble. I still shop there. Guess where I will never shop again?
