TRULY OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

I bought a service kit from Midas but I didn't know the diff between carburetor & fuel injected so I bought the wrong one & thank i did buy the wrong one cause I had to go back to change it today.the service was mind blowing from the instant I got through the door. The staff were friendly!! knowledgeable and so patient not to mention friendly!! I had to go outside to check the signage to make sure I was still in South Africa where customer service is on a sharp rapid decline!! & yes I was still in SA!! I actually didn't wanna leave the store!! its not often that you get made to feel your business as a customer is appreciated and I bought things to the value of a measly R300! Yet you would have sworn I had bought for R3000.00!! that was a phenomenal experience!!! I dont care how far I am from Midas Blackheath but as long as I still live in Gauteng I would rather drive 50kms to them and pay whatever Midas's prices are for service like that!!! EXCELLENT!!! OUTSTANDING!!! a real model of what customer service is suppose to be! a big thank you to you all!
