I visited your Westgate branch yesterday, I must say in the past when I have visited them, they always treated me with great service, yesterday I went in lanyard with a small cord (something that you can tie a phone or flash drive to)
I assume I spoke to the manager (as he said he will be looking in his office if he have one) and he gave me the lanyard for free, now for me, it might be small, however it left me with an impression regarding the Westgate branch, thank you!
