Good day, can you kindly remove me from your call list. I am aware that my account is in arrears and I have set a payment arrangement with you and I have kept my promise for the past 3 months as arranged, however I am still being harassed by your consultants almost every second day asking the same thing and requesting my details all the time. I would understand the phone calls if I didn't stick to my payment arrangement however that's not the case. This is really unpleasant please assist.
