I'm appalled by your customer service at your Greenstone branch.
My wife and I visited the store towards end of last year and bought a cot on lay- bye.
We were told that the lime green colour is unavailable and that we would get it upon collection.
We then visited the store in March to collect the cot and were dismayed to find that there was only a blue colour available.
In fact the sticker on the box had green and blue items specified on them, another embarrasment. At this time we also decided to buy a pram and again, we asked for lime green colour.
The manager and the consultant promised to contact us during the week as the lime green was again not available at the store. Their bad attitude stinks too!!!
Indeed we were contacted but were told that the green is no longer available and only the orange was available and we should come to the store to see it.
My wife and I were already fed up with the stores failings that we decided that we'll settle for any colour.
On Sat 30th March, we went to the store to collect our items.
Till this day the issue is not sorted and the mattress is damaged by the store and no one is bothering to contact us.

I will sue for R100m
