Toilet Duck

Bought a 5 pack of Toilet Duck Green blocks in Nov 2013. When I put 1 in the loo instead of green it turned the water a fowl yellow/ brown colour which resembled the contents of the bowl. I flushed it out and phoned the company SC Johnston consumer number to advise them and complain. This was itself a mission but I eventually succeeded in leaving a message for the brand manager but still no response. In the new year I tried again, left a message for the band manager but no success at reporting the fault. I took the product back to the PnP Hyper who after a long explanation allowed me to exchange it for a similar product Toilet Duck 5 pack Blue. This has proved equally poor though the colour is not offensives - its a light purple- it does not dissolve or colour the water and has to be stirred to work and clean the bowl.
Toilet Duck and I will never buy a Toilet Duck or Johnson product again.
