Bad attitude and poor customer service received

I am very disappointed with service I received from Bread Basket Greenstone. I ordered a cake on 26 June 2013, to pick up on 5 July 2013. I gave them all my requirements, even sent the picture of the cake and the colour I wanted and paid R690 in advance. When I came to collect the, the rude store manager who couldn't even greet me just said "come tomorrow your cake is not here yet, What time you need it for" as if I did not state the time when I ordered. Not even thinking how far did I drive to come to the store. I came back the next day, he still couldn't greet me, and he just went pass me to where the cake was. Only to find that the colour of the cake was pink whereas I have asked for a lime colour. He couldn't apologise to me until I told him that I know my rights as a customer. Then he decided to refund me R150 which he said it was for the colour mistake. He is so rude, doesn't respect the customers and his customer service skill is so poor. I had to incur more expenses to change the colour scheme for my sister's baby shower and felt like an to have pink cake for the baby shower where the gender of the baby is unknown.
