False ADVERTISING!!

Purchased 2x items online with Kalahari with in their terms and conditions that if you purchase any item before 12AM you will receive your goods the following day! The items was also stating 24hr delivery!
I made the purchase on Monday 13/01/2014 and even rushed to do the transaction before 12, and still i didn't receive any parcel yet!! I also confirmed after i made payment with my creditcard that the funds went trough, they actually confirmed and told me delivery will be the next day as it is items 24hr delivery!!
This is unacceptable Kalahari!!
