After receiving great service from Koliwe the sales assisted, that advised me that i can buy the apple mac book pro but they do not have the relevant office software the deal was advertised with in stock.

They then gave me the option to take the 365 which was the software they had in store but I was not interested as it works only with an online connection and has to be renewed at a cost of R899 p.a. they advised that they will order stock from a different branch and have it couriered to Bloemfontein. Its now two weeks later and needles to say I haven't received any software and a lap top I cannot use.

I don't receive any correspondence from makro with regards to the matter, I need to call and follow up, even after I've been to the store on two separate occasions and spoke to the inventory manager and Johan manager of computer ect.

I called this morning again after Johan promised to call me yesterday with feedback and advised that they couldn't courier the software but had put it on a DC truck. So the wait continues and a so called additional 3 days for the truck to get here. When over night courier services are available.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!
