I called incredible connection Menlyn yesterday (Monday the 25/3/13) morning to inquire as to whether they had a. PDF converter that could convert encrypted. PDF files to Word/Excel e.t.c. I spoke to a guy called Paul, he suggested I use the software "PDF Converter Professional 8". I asked him if the software he had suggested could convert encrypted. PDF files, he assured me that it could and I should ask for him when I come through to pick up the software. I arrived at Menlyn Incredible Connection, walked straight to the software, a guy by the name of Kwanele approached me and asked if he could help, I told him that I had spoken to a man by the name of Paul who said you had software that could convert encrypted. PDF files, he showed me to "PDF Converter Professional 8", I then asked him again, can this software convert encrypted. PDF files, he read the back of the box, didn't really look like he was reading it and then assured me that it can and will. I took the software to the till to pay for it and Kwanele stood behind me gesturing to the lady at the till that it was his sale. I have installed the software and it doesn't convert encrypted. PDF files. What now?
