Dont buy here!!! - Rather go to Northlands!

I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with a pompous store owner named Sean. I purchased a product to the value of R 3 100, which is a lot as I am not a millionaire.

The product DID NOT do as it said on the box.. and with the blessings of the manufacturer was asked to return the product to the store (unfortunately in this case Euro-Spirit in Durban).. The owner of the store, Sean went out of his way to ensure that no refund was given.. including speaking to the manufacturer in dissuading him to refund me.

I am now out of pocket, and feel robbed and betrayed by this company. I have made numerous calls and sent numerous mails to get his sorted out... however these shrewd business people are NOT service driven so they just dont care... especially when you have a complaint.

I would advise anyone even thinking of going into their shop to purchase to think twice... Might as well go to Northlands pets... service is so much better!!

Euro-spirit is the type of shop that wants to TAKE YOUR MONEY and never care about you... unless you give them more money... forget about getting your money back.

Shops like this should close down.
