Sort yourselves out

Im so up set with mr price its not even funny. Firstly we ordered two curtains from them and we only received one when we got to the shop then we where told that they didnt have 2 in stock so they only sent one to the store and still charged us for it. Dont order anything on line with them. When i talked to the person at mr price he basically said to bad you have to take.

The we went back on another day to try sort it out and we then talked to a person, that said that both the curtains where sent to the store, just to let you know we opened the parcel in the shop and checked it with he salesman there, the parcel never left the shop with
us at all.

Then on top of it all they called us and told us that they are sorting out the refund. We went back to the store and after 4 attemtps to sort it out for a refund there E commerce lady again on the line. said they will give a a voucher for the refund.

Im not sure who trains these people at the on line booking office but i think they should look at it again

Not even a sorry for the mess they made, nothing all the owner of mr price sees is money. im disgusted in that type of attitude. You just like the government, you dont care a
