Imcopetent service to the extreme

The last time I used my edgars account was september 2012 and since then I have only been paying not using it at all, but they keep calling me 4 -5 times a month asking when I will be paying really this is harrassment seriously and on the account it never seems to get less so why do I keep paying and never see the account getting less and then the best of all is they put insurance stuff on with out permission
