Edgars

I opened an Edgards account last year after one of your employees stopped me in your shop. I received a sms telling me to collect my card. I went to the Kolonnade Edgars and after waiting at customer care for more than half an hour I decided to leave it. I also bought clothes which I was not satisfied with and thought maybe this store is not for me. The employees at the customer care were chatty and the one even took a paper clip and fiddled with it in her teeth while helping a customer!!!??? The other one left the one customer and went into the shop. When I decided I have waiting too long and that I was going to leave I saw the one employee chatting with another employee while a customer was waiting for her!!! She was not in a hurry at all. So, I do not have a card yet. I received and sms last week telling me I owe Edgars R18.27???!!! For what?? I have told you over the phone already that the clothes I bought CASH was not up to standard and I am not interested in this account anymore. I don't have a card yet, how on earth can I owe you money???!
