Dear Peter,

I bought my twin bedroom suit from Morkels in December 2012. When i finished paying i was told that they do not have the stock in their store but they siad they had it. Then i was told to take the furniture from the floor and they will exchange it in few days, that was december 2012. I left all my details with them, they have never called. I kept on calling trying to find out, they kept on promising until today.

I'm tired of waiting, i want my furniture. I do not owe Morkels not even a single cent. I want them to come and do the exchange as their initial agreement.
